These projects challenged me to lead teams, manage operations, solve problems, and build communities where creativity, collaboration, and connection could thrive.

ALFAAZ - Kuch Ankahey Jazbaat

At just 19 years old, I founded ALFAAZ – Kuch Ankahey Jazbaat, the first dedicated open mic platform of its kind in my town. The vision was simple: create a professional stage where local artists, poets, musicians, storytellers, and performers could express themselves and be celebrated.

What started as a small idea quickly grew into a vibrant creative community, proving that meaningful experiences don’t require a big city ,just a bold vision and the determination to make it happen.

Built From the Ground Up

ALFAAZ wasn’t just an event.

it was a complete creative ecosystem built from scratch. I was responsible for every stage of the journey, from branding and event planning to marketing, production, artist coordination, stage management, and post-event content.

To make every performer feel valued, I also produced professionally edited performance videos with synchronized sound music, giving each artist high-quality content they could proudly share beyond the stage.

A Lesson in Leadership

Founding ALFAAZ at the age of 19 taught me lessons that continue to shape the way I lead today. Building a community, managing people, solving challenges in real time, and creating memorable experiences required far more than creativity.it required initiative, responsibility, and the confidence to turn an idea into reality.

Although the journey paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the experience became an important foundation for everything I have built since.

PAHAL - THE DRAMATIC SOCIETY

YEAR - 2021

Wanting to explore storytelling beyond filmmaking, I founded PAHAL – The Dramatic Society a platform that brought together passionate performers to create meaningful theatre experiences.

From writing original scripts and directing rehearsals to managing performances and leading the team on stage, I was involved in every aspect of the production. Together, we performed three Nukkad Nataks, directed a full stage play, and received awards and appreciation for our performances.

This experience strengthened my ability to lead people, communicate a creative vision, and manage live productions where every decision had to happen in real time.

Community Events & Experiences

Beyond films and creative projects, I’ve always enjoyed building communities through events.

From organizing Beats & Bandhan, a DJ Night that successfully sold 200+ tickets, to leading Garba Nights, Holi Celebrations, Diwali Festivals, and other college events, I’ve had the opportunity to plan, coordinate, and execute events that brought hundreds of people together.

Every event required much more than creativity.it demanded planning, teamwork, marketing, logistics, quick decision-making, and leadership under pressure.

Whether it was managing volunteers, coordinating vendors, promoting the event, or solving last-minute challenges, these experiences taught me how to lead from the front and ensure every event delivered a memorable experience.
