Brewing More Than Tea. Building an Emotional Brand.

Flora Tea

The Challenge

For over 50 years, Flora Tea has been part of countless homes, yet its digital presence didn’t reflect the trust, heritage, or emotional connection the brand had built over generations.

The objective wasn’t simply to create advertisements—it was to redefine how people experienced the brand online.

Instead of selling tea, we decided to sell the moments that tea creates.

My Approach

From Product Marketing to Emotional Storytelling

Tea is rarely remembered for its ingredients.

It’s remembered for the conversations, the comfort, the people, and the pause it creates in everyday life.

Rather than producing conventional product advertisements, I developed a content strategy that transformed Flora Tea from a beverage into an emotion.

Every film was designed to strengthen a different emotional association with the brand while remaining authentic, relatable, and optimized for today’s vertical-first social platforms.

The Brand Experience

Instead of relying on one campaign, I built an ecosystem of content, with each film serving a unique purpose in shaping the brand.

Brand Story

Every Legacy Deserves a Voice.

The strongest story Flora Tea already had was its own.

Instead of hiring actors or writing fictional narratives, we documented the real people behind the brand—the directors, the workers, and the individuals who have spent decades building Flora Tea.

The result was a raw, honest, and emotionally grounded brand film that introduced the human side of the company and reinforced the trust earned over fifty years.

Objective

Build credibility through authenticity.

Cinematic Tea Stories

Selling Feelings, Not Tea.

Beyond humor, I wanted Flora Tea to feel cinematic.

We created three emotionally driven films, each capturing a different relationship people have with tea.

A Film Beyond the Product

When Brands Stand for Something Bigger

Not every story needs to sell a product.

As part of the content strategy, we also created a social awareness film around Independence Day, encouraging people not to discard the national flag after celebrations.

The film never promoted tea directly.

Instead, it reflected the brand’s values by contributing a meaningful social message.

Because great brands don’t just market products—they participate in culture.

Objective

Build emotional trust through purpose-driven storytelling.

My Contribution

This project was entirely driven from concept to completion.
